Train the Trainer: TWI Job Instruction (3 hours)

A hands-on, 3-hour course that teaches plant trainers, leads and supervisors to deliver on-the-job training using the Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction method — the same four-step method Toyota built its on-the-job training on.

Who it's for: workstation trainers, team leads, supervisors. Format: in-person, about 50 slides plus practice and teach-backs.
